We obtain information when you join musical theatre classes and complete a contact corm or when you use our website, for example to book tickets for productions. The personal information we collect might include your name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number and email addresses. We do not sell or share email lists with any other organisations and businesses.
We may also take photographs and video material at Spotlight Musical Theatre classes, workshops, rehearsals, and shows. This will only be done where pupils have completed a video and photography consent form. The images will only be used for marketing and publicity purposes and individuals will not be identified.
Financial information is also recorded when payment is made by credit or debit card.

We may use your information to notify you of forthcoming shows and events, send you communications about musical theatre classes
or contact you in the event of an emergency.
How long will we hold your information?
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis and will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary or until you ask us to remove you from our records. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time by notifying us. Financial information is destroyed immediately after payment has been taken.
